Pump skids are key units for the precise dosing and transfer of a wide range of liquid media. Mazur Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH designs and manufactures modular skids that are individually tailored to the medium, flow rate, temperature, and available installation space.

System design and engineering
We design and engineer pump skids according to our customers’ specifications. Systems can be adapted to specific operating conditions, required flow rates, and spatial constraints.
Upon request, skids can be delivered fully pre-wired and pre-configured with a terminal box.

Skids and materials
Our pump skids can be designed for a wide range of applications – from water injection and urea dosing to oil and cooling systems for large industrial plants.
We manufacture skids from stainless steel or carbon steel and can equip them with filters or specialized fittings as needed.

FAT and test run
Before delivery, we invite our customers to a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). During this process, the skids are tested, inspected, and jointly approved.
A comprehensive test run can also be carried out to fully validate the system before transport.
